Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lexington, TN is seeking a full-time manufacturing support worker to assist with production. You will read production orders, inspect equipment for safety, and move materials using cranes and hand tools while documenting production data.

You will stand 8–12 hours daily, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying outdoor conditions with overtime and weekend flexibility. The company provides comprehensive benefits starting day one, plus PTO and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Competent in all aspects of safe and efficient operation.
• Detail and quality oriented.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand a production order.
• Inspect equipment for safety.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Meet company and customer quality requirements.
• Use crane and manual handling of materials, and document materials produced.
• Stand and walk 8 to 12 hours every day.
• Repetitive climbing on/off equipment and ladders.
• Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed.
