Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Material Handler to process inbound and outbound orders in a fast-paced distribution center in Minnesota. You will ensure on-time fulfillment, accurate labeling, and safe operations while coordinating with shipping and receiving teams.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in material handling, forklift certification, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office. This full-time on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Material Handler in a distribution center environment.
• Good communication skills, English fluency, verbal and written.
• Forklift operator certification/authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound customer orders and support daily safety and performance goals.
• Coordinate shipping: prepare BOLs, manifests, ship confirmations, and ensure proper labeling.
• Coordinate receiving: verify purchase orders, quantities, and special handling per WMS rules.
• Maintain accurate data entry and support safety and housekeeping across the dock and warehouse.
