Job summary

Oatey is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate in Shakopee, MN. This role completes material handling tasks, ensures safety and accuracy, and supports daily operations by putting away, replenishing, selecting, and loading merchandise.

You will operate material handling equipment, verify SKUs, participate in cycle counts, and collaborate with teammates to meet performance goals. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required, along with solid English communication and basic math.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related work experience is required.
• Forklift certification/authorization is required; operator of all facility equipment.
• Working knowledge of safety programs and emergency preparedness.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use material handling equipment to place merchandise in its assigned location promptly.
• Select and load orders, verify SKUs, and complete transactions via RF process.
• Support replenishment for shipping area into pick lines.
• Assist with cycle-count responsibilities and related tasks.
• Ensure lost/damaged product is processed and quantities are verified in the system.
• Collaborate with associates and take on additional duties with a positive attitude.
