Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking a Shipping & Receiving Lead in Cadillac, MI to oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and maintain inventory controls. Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with the role.

Salary Range: $47,000 - $69,000 depending on experience
