• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices (FIFO, cycle counting).
• Proficient in using ERP/WMS systems for shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
