• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software for inventory management, order processing, and tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain material handling equipment with valid certification.
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance (e.g., DOT, OSHA).
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in managing inventory and documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, blueprints, and production schedules.
