• Oversee and execute daily shipping and receiving operations, including material handling and documentation.
• Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics to optimize material flow and meet operational deadlines.
• Operate and maintain various material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe operation.
• Implement and maintain efficient shipping and receiving processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior shipping/receiving personnel.
