Cibes is seeking a dependable Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Specialist in Roanoke, IL to manage movement, tracking, storage, and documentation of materials. This full-time role covers receiving, shipping, inventory control, and ERP data entry to keep materials flowing efficiently.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, labeling, staging for production, and collaboration with purchasing and production teams. forklift experience preferred; ability to lift safely and work on your feet is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Ability to read packing slips, purchase orders, shipping documents, and material identification labels.
• Able to lift and move materials safely and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience/certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and document incoming materials and shipments.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing products and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts.
• Identify, locate, and properly store materials in designated locations.
• Stage materials and components for production or other departments.
• Enter and update inventory, receiving, and shipping information in the company’s computer system/ERP.
• Maintain organized material locations and ensure proper identification and labeling.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Follow established procedures for material movement, documentation, safety, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/material-handling area.
• Work closely with purchasing, production, quality, and shipping departments to keep materials flowing efficiently.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Specialist to manage the movement, tracking, storage, and documentation of materials throughout the facility. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory, staging materials for production, and ensuring all material-handling processes are completed systematically and efficiently.
