Shipping & Receiving / Freight Coordinator

We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving / Freight Coordinator to manage the daily flow of materials, supplies, and finished products in and out of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, installers, and service technicians to support smooth daily operations
• Receive deliveries, inspect materials, and organize inventory for efficient access
• Coordinate and schedule domestic freight shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
• Manage limited international shipments with required customs documentation
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verifying secure loads and accurate paperwork
• Track shipments in real time, addressing delays or damages promptly
• Load and unload trucks, manage small parcel shipping, and maintain accountability
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, negotiate freight rates, and approve invoices for accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in freight coordination, warehouse logistics, or shipping and receiving coordination
• Hands-on forklift experience required
• Prior trade show or event logistics experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented, solutions-focused, and dependable
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with Google Workspace preferred
