This role handles daily shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory support, and local transportation activities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail, material traceability, quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Inspect, package, label, stage, and document incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verify part numbers, purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
• Safely operate company vehicles for pickups and deliveries.
• Load, unload, and secure materials using forklifts and related equipment.
• Communicate delivery schedules, delays and quality concerns.
• Maintain compliance with safety, AS9100 and ITAR requirements.

The role is responsible for accurately receiving, packaging, documenting, storing, and transporting materials and high-value aerospace and defense components. The ideal candidate has hands-on shipping and receiving experience, strong attention to detail, and experience working in a manufacturing environment where material traceability, quality, and safety are important.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Inspect, package, label, stage, and document incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verify part numbers, purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
• Safely operate company vehicles for pickups and deliveries.
• Load, unload, and secure materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Handle high-value aerospace and defense components with care.
• Communicate delivery schedules, delays, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
• Maintain compliance with established safety, quality, AS9100, and ITAR requirements.
• Provide daily status updates and support process improvement initiatives.
