Motive Workforce is seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Driver to support an advanced manufacturing operation in Long Beach serving the aerospace, defense, aviation, and industrial sectors. This role handles daily shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory support, and local transportation activities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail, material traceability, quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment and forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Inspect, package, label, stage, and document incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verify part numbers, purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
• Safely operate company vehicles for pickups and deliveries.
• Load, unload, and secure materials using forklifts and related equipment.
• Communicate delivery schedules, delays and quality concerns.
• Maintain compliance with safety, AS9100 and ITAR requirements.
