Job summary

The Pond Guy, a leading pond and water garden product supplier, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. The role focuses on verifying incoming shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are routed to the correct location to keep operations flowing smoothly.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using ERP/WMS systems and forklifts, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years receiving experience in a warehouse is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and WMS is a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift and comply with safety standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify, audit, and record incoming shipments in the warehouse management system.
• Identify discrepancies, damages, or defects and route to appropriate location.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Collaborate with purchasing, supply chain, quality, and inventory teams.
