Job summary

The Pond Guy is hiring for a full-time Shipping/Warehouse role in Michigan. The job involves walking the warehouse, picking orders with a handheld scanner, and assembling carts for packing.

You will receive hands-on training, work with safety standards, and help meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. This is a fast-paced, physical position with clear paths for cross-training in picking, packing, receiving, or production shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
• Lift, lower, and carry items weighing 25–50 lbs. with assistance.
• Follow safety and quality procedures while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Walk the warehouse to pick customer orders using a handheld scanner and pick list.
• Build orders and move carts to the packing area for the next batch.
• Track product movement with scanning equipment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Adjust to changing priorities and support other areas as needed.
