The Pond Guy is seeking a Shipping Material Handler to support fast-paced warehouse operations. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy in replenishing pick locations, inventory cycle counts, and organized stock management to improve efficiency.

The job requires 3–5 years of shipping experience, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include forklift operation with training, lifting up to 150 lbs with assistance, and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of shipping experience.
• High School Diploma, College degree preferred.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Beginner to intermediate-level computer experience.
• Ability to follow procedures methodically.

Responsibilities

• Replenishing the forward pick locations remain stocked.
• Cycle counts of inventory.
• Organizing and maintaining stock locations within warehouses.
• Consolidating overflow items to optimize warehouse space.
• Assist in small parcel and MTR shipping.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and productive manner, following all company prescribed guidelines and safety practices.
• Maintain clean and organized environment.
