Job summary
Ultipro in Windsor, CO is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to work at our Windsor facility. The role pays $21.00-$23.00 per hour and includes a quarterly bonus, PTO immediately available, premium healthcare, and a 401k with company match.
You will assist the Product Manager with receiving and inventory of steel products, coordinate shipments with logistics, maintain ERP records, and support production scheduling and DOT compliance.
Qualifications
- Assist with receiving and inventory of steel products including coil, plates, sheets, bars, and tubes.
- Maintain accurate records of receiving activities in ERP.
- Process shipments with logistics to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Manager with receiving and inventory of steel products.
- Maintain records of receiving activities in ERP.
- Coordinate shipment of goods with logistics for efficient warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team to maximize efficiency across the organization.
- Work with Driver Supervisor to ensure trucks meet DOT compliance.
- Perform clerical tasks, data entry, answer calls, and resolve issues.
- Assist local team with inventory spot checks and cycle counts.
- Monitor production equipment schedules and notify production of changes.
