Job summary

Ultipro in Windsor, CO is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to work at our Windsor facility. The role pays $21.00-$23.00 per hour and includes a quarterly bonus, PTO immediately available, premium healthcare, and a 401k with company match.

You will assist the Product Manager with receiving and inventory of steel products, coordinate shipments with logistics, maintain ERP records, and support production scheduling and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Assist with receiving and inventory of steel products including coil, plates, sheets, bars, and tubes.
• Maintain accurate records of receiving activities in ERP.
• Process shipments with logistics to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

• Monitor production equipment schedules and notify production of changes.

Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Manager with receiving and inventory of steel products, including but not limited to: coil, plates, sheets, bars, and tubes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receiving activities in purchasing system/ERP.
• Work with the logistics department to coordinate the shipment of goods and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve maximum efficiency for all groups within the organization.
• Work with the Driver Supervisor to ensure all trucks and trailers are in proper working condition and meet DOT compliance.
• Perform clerical tasks, data entry, answer phone calls, and respond and resolve issues that come up.
• Assist local team with inventory spot checks and cycle counts.
• Regularly check production equipment schedules and communicate with production team if there are changes and/or additions they may not be aware of.
