Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the second shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00am-6:30pm). You will certify and keep records on incoming and outgoing items and coordinate operations with the Warehouse Lead.

Responsibilities include checking bills of lading, organizing paperwork, scheduling shipments, updating the DMS, and ensuring safety procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Check bills of lading for accuracy.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with Warehouse Lead.
• Process inbound and outbound orders as trucks arrive and depart.
• Update Dock Management System (DMS) in a timely manner.
• Communicate between customer and warehouse operations regarding accounts/inventory.
