Qualifikationen

• Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Ability to operate lift trucks and manual handling equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality procedures.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Supports the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to aid production/storage for sale to customers.
• Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments; records shortages; rejects damaged items; coordinates with shippers to resolve issues; processes defective parts for replacement or credit.
• Performs computer functions to track various aspects of goods.
• Arranges pick-ups by the specified carrier per customer purchase orders and shipping instructions.
• Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to move materials.
• Operates stretch wrap banders.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows safety regulations.
• Makes pick-ups and deliveries to suppliers using a company van.
• Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.
• Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures.
