Job summary

Hyspeco, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain records, and meet safety and productivity standards.

You will unpack, inspect, route shipments, handle returns, operate lift trucks, and coordinate with carriers. A high school diploma and at least one year shipping/receiving experience are preferred; hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and maintains records of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Unpacks, inspects, routes shipments and coordinates with shippers.
• Receives/handles defective parts; processes returns for replacement or credit.
• Operates lift trucks/hand trucks to move materials.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Makes pickups/deliveries to suppliers with company van.
