Job summary

CERTEX USA is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate to maintain orderly shipping/receiving records and the work area. Duties include pulling orders, shipping, receiving, and delivering goods, verifying accuracy against documents, and preparing shipping records.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in a similar role; a valid driver’s license is a must. Forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Experience in construction/equipment/oil preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders, shipping, receiving, and making deliveries.
• Verifying that orders are accurately filled by comparing items and quantities against documents.
• Ensuring shipments are properly packaged and loaded into transporting vehicles.
• Preparing and keeping records of goods shipped (manifests, bills of lading).
• May be required to operate a forklift.
