Prinova is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments within our warehouse operations in Hanover Park, IL. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards.
The role requires at least two years in shipping/receiving, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus, and forklift certification may be required.

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing all shipping and receiving activities to ensure products are accurately inbounded, shipped, moved, and stored within the Warehouse/Inventory tracking system. This role supports timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards within Prinova’s fulfillment centers or contracted 3PLs.
