Job summary

Prinova USA is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Hanover Park, IL. This full-time role handles inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and compliance within Prinova’s fulfillment network and 3PLs.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, labeling, and timely deliveries. The role requires 2+ years in shipping/receiving, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify receipts, tag pallets, and update the Warehouse/Inventory Tracking System.
• Generate shipping labels per customer requirements and schedule carrier pickups/deliveries.
