Job summary

Prinova is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments within our warehouse operations in Hanover Park, IL. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires at least two years in shipping/receiving, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus, and forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound receiving and pallet tagging in the Warehouse/Inventory Tracking System.
• Handle outbound shipping, generate labels, and schedule carrier pickups/deliveries.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing, QA, and Product Management on order status and inventory inquiries.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies with carriers.
• Maintain accurate product location tagging and conduct cycle counts and year-end inventory tasks.
• Support QA and Product Managers with quarantine inventory management.
