Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.

• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely shipment and receipt of materials, products, and supplies.
• Manage delivery documentation, including pick tickets, shipping records, and receiving paperwork.
• Monitor and track customer deliveries to ensure orders are accurate and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain shipping schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with sales and operations to verify project status and fulfillment needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain records to support inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure materials are processed efficiently and in compliance with procedures.
• Identify and communicate delays or issues to support timely resolution.
