Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory or merchandise receiving.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable using computer receiving software and teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, count, weigh, and store materials from freight vehicles.
• Operate material handling tools and equipment including forklift where required.
• Open crates and package materials using basic hand tools.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor by tagging and pricing as needed.
• Assist with returns, transfers, and inventory cycle counts.
• Track merchandise using receiving forms and computer inventory software.
