Mazzella is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for the Winston-Salem location on the morning shift, Monday through Friday. You will verify and record all shipments and prepare items for shipment, contributing to quality and productivity.

The role requires forklift/telehandler experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, strong math and computer skills (ERP, UPS WorldShip), and attention to detail. The company emphasizes work-life balance and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts; valid forklift operator’s license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments in ERP.
• Operate ERP system, UPS WorldShip, and maintain shipping records.
• Prepare paperwork; enter ship quantities; label and package items.
• Load/unload trucks and coordinate with carriers to meet ship dates.
• Pull inventory for shipments; conduct cycle counts; maintain ERP records.
