Penske Logistics is seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join a safety‑mocused, outgoing team in a warehouse environment. You will handle shipping/receiving procedures, ensure paperwork accuracy, and use WMS with warehouse staff and carriers.

Strong Excel/Word skills and 2+ years office experience are expected. The role offers Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, 36 hours paid as 40, with $21/hour plus a $1 shift differential.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of general office experience.
• 1 year of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Responsabilidades

• Processing inbound loads and allocating outbound waves within the WMS.
• Handling various office and administrative duties including AP/AR, payroll, billing, and reporting.
• Maintaining files and customer service interaction, resolving pallet tracking issues.
• Assisting with processing inbound/outbound shipments on the warehouse floor and meeting deadlines.
