Job summary

Barry Callebaut in Dunmore, PA seeks a Clerk, Shipping and Receiving to check in/out drivers and maintain records for raw materials and finished goods. You will ensure accuracy between SAP, TMS and physical loads while upholding GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include daily reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, verifying counts, and supporting inventory control. This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
• Strong communication with supervisors and team in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP, HACCP and BRC standards.
• Comply with OSHA standards.
• Provide daily reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Receive goods and verify quality and count against supplier paperwork.
• Verify and record items loaded for shipments.
• Maintain shipping records for goods and pallets.
• Update shipment data to ensure customer orders are current.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies, over-shipments or substitutions.
• Process daily paperwork and support inventory control and logistics.
• Check drivers in/out using SAP and TMS.
• Complete damage claims for in-transit damage.
• Transport materials on docks with hand truck or forklift.
• Load trucks using a forklift.
• Support team members and participate in audits.
