Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Clerk, Shipping and Receiving to manage driver check-ins, verify loads, and keep precise shipping records. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, clear communication, and adherence to GMP/OSHA standards within a hands-on warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with SAP and TMS for accurate receiving and shipping, producing daily reports, and supporting inventory control while assisting on audits and load verifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out drivers and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records.
• Verify quality and quantity of loads unloaded/loaded prior to shipping.
• Use SAP and TMS to ensure virtual and physical matches for receiving/shipping.
• Provide daily reports to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain shipment data and inventory records, report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Load and unload goods using forklift and hand truck; support audits and inventory control.
