Job summary

Barry Callebaut seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the reception, handling and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will lead shift leads, manage inventory, and coordinate with production, QA and logistics teams.

The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, SAP transactions, and timely outbound/inbound shipments. A background in food industry warehouse operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with emphasis on food industry desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• ERP or related experience needed, SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, and to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises safety and employees across shifts.
• Coordinate training activities; administer disciplinary measures.
• Maintain plant safety policy and ensure GMP compliance.
• Manage inbound/outbound receipt of goods and inventory.
• Execute SAP transactions for material movement and disposition.
