Job summary

Mazzella is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Bartow location. You will verify incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipment, and maintain ERP records to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Shifts are mornings, Monday–Friday. You must operate a forklift, lift up to 50 pounds, coordinate with carriers and internal teams to meet ship dates, and maintain a clean, safe work area following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• Able to operate forklifts and lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with ERP systems and shipping documents.
• Criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify required.

Responsibilities

• Review part numbers and tickets for accuracy.
• Operate ERP and UPS WorldShip to process shipments and maintain records.
• Prepare, complete and file paperwork; enter ship quantities in the system.
• Package, label, weigh and ship per fabrication/delivery tickets.
• Coordinate with departments and carriers to meet ship dates.
• Pull inventory items for shipment and perform cycle counts.
