MSI Express, INC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for 1st shift in Grand Prairie, TX. You will handle receiving/unloading, verify shipments, and prepare shipping documentation to ensure accurate, on-time processing.

The role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer ability, and safe operation of pallets/jacks. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication with drivers and customers.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and verify shipments against packing slips and bills of lading.
• Prepare, review, and file shipping/receiving paperwork accurately.
• Enter and maintain basic shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and team members about deliveries.
• Help monitor dock schedules and update dock boards under supervision.
