Aerotek, a staffing provider, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist for a Contract to Hire role based out of West Fargo, ND. The position runs 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, and is seasonal with potential for permanent placement.

The role requires forklift operation, order picking, and accurate shipping documentation. Pay is $20.00/hour, onsite, with benefits and weekly pay. Transformation to permanent placement depends on performance.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience of at least 1 year.
• Experience in order picking and shipping, minimum 1 year.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs repetitively, with a capacity to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 6 months of previous physical labor work experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and data entry.

This role involves loading and unloading trucks, utilizing paper pick sheets, and operating a forklift. The position offers a full-time schedule from 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional partial days on Saturdays. This role is seasonal but has the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
