Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Picker for the 2nd shift in Rock Island, IL. You will pick, pack, label, and stage orders in a fast-paced parts distribution center, using RF scanners and pallets. This contract-to-hire role offers weekly pay, forklift training, and PTO benefits.

Requirements include at least 6 months of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and reliable attendance. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Experience with picking, packing, palletizing, and material handling.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
• Experience using RF scanners or willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick lists and RF scanners.
• Sort boxes and place materials on designated pallets for forklift operators.
• Handle products ranging from small parts to large machine components using proper material handling equipment.
• Label products, boxes, and pallets to ensure accurate shipment and inventory tracking.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload semi-trailers as needed.
• Support inventory control, palletizing, and other warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow quality standards to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and forklift operators.

Warehouse Picker | 2nd Shift | $17/Hour | Weekly Pay

Job Overview

Join a fast-paced parts distribution center supporting the shipment of agricultural equipment parts across the country and around the world. As a Warehouse Picker , you'll play a critical role in accurately picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders while maintaining the high quality standards our customers depend on.

This is an active warehouse position with opportunities for forklift training, career advancement, weekly pay, and excellent PTO benefits .

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

• Mandatory overtime as needed

• Occasional Saturdays may be required

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position is based in a large parts distribution center where accuracy, productivity, and teamwork are essential. You'll work with RF scanners, pallets, warehouse equipment, and a wide variety of agricultural parts while staying active throughout your shift. Attention to detail is critical, as orders support both domestic and international customers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Island, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
