Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our Creedmoor, NC site. The role focuses on receiving while offering shipping support as needed, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

You will process receipts, verify against POs, review CoCs, and ensure documentation accuracy to keep materials flowing efficiently. The position requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in shipping/receiving in manufacturing, with strong ERP and MS Office skills.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and data entry tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook & Word.

Responsibilities

• Process receipts in ERP, verify against POs and docs.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL and others.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform basic transfers.
• Coordinate with Warehousing, Supply Chain, QA to resolve issues and ensure traceability.

You will report to the **Warehouse Manager** and will have an **onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina**.The Shipping and Receiving Clerk supports daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on receiving while providing shipping support as needed. This position is responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory records and documentation, and supporting the efficient movement of materials throughout the operation.**Schedule: 9/80 work schedule, with every other Friday off.
