Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keep track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Track inventory counts and check items for damage or discrepancies.
• Document shipping/receiving processes so descriptions and quantities match invoices or sales orders.
• Record locations of incoming goods and ensure no damaged items are sent or received.
• Match packing lists to purchase orders and ensure deliveries align with packing lists.
• Coordinate with marketing to schedule displaying manufacturer marketing pieces on the sales floor.
• Update product inventory as items are received.
• Package products for return to vendors and complete necessary paperwork.
• Follow established work processes to ensure service quality and security rules.
• Engage with vendors in a positive and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• keep track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Track inventory counts and check the items in inventory for damage or discrepancies.
• Control and record all the documentation used during the product shipping and receiving process, ensuring product descriptions and quantities match 100% with the invoice for inbounds or Sales Order for outbounds.
• Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods.
• Assuring no damaged items are sent or received.
• Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to develop a schedule for assembling and displaying manufacturer marketing pieces on the sales floor.
• Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory.
• Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary.
• Work always respecting the work processes established to guarantee the quality in the services provided, as well as respecting the rules of Security in the Company.
• Engage with vendors and rivers with a positive attitude and in a respectful manner.
• Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in the position or similar positions
• Ability to execute and report results at management levels.
• Experience in personnel management
