Job summary

Paylocity in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Production, and ensure accurate shipping and inbound receiving.

You will lead a shift, use RF scanners, manage pack lists, BOLs, stock placement, and cycle counts while maintaining GMP/HACCP standards and a safe work environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years as a lead or supervisor in a Warehouse.
• 3+ years of standup forklift experience.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• At least 1 year of RF scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF Scanner for all shipping and receiving transactions.
• Prepare items for shipments and arrange pack lists, bill of lading, seal trailers.
• Move team members to process daily shipping/receiving volume.
• Assist receiving team with inbound goods and proper storage.
• Verify packing list against POs for receipt accuracy.
• Complete powered industrial truck inspections at shift start and changes.
• Prepare, pack, label, and shrink wrap products for shipments.
• Direct replenishment of production pack houses with dry goods.
• Organize shipments between sites and maintain clean receiving/shipping areas.
• Schedule and participate in inventory and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Adhere to GMP/HACCP, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure safety.
• Lead daily light checks in Green Houses as appropriate to the line.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere through communication with supervisor and team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
