Qualifications

• 6 months in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or safety-focused environment.
• Experience with inventory records, shipping documents, data entry, or other detail-oriented administrative tasks.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. on a regular basis and perform physical requirements.
• Experience using computer systems to enter, track, and maintain accurate information.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and safety procedures.
• Preferred: experience with shipping/receiving, inventory control, WMS or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate upcoming domestic and international shipments, truckloads, and pickup schedules to support warehouse operations.
• Prepare, release, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and shipment records.
• Verify outbound shipments by reviewing pallet counts and required documentation before departure.
• Receive inbound shipments, post receipts, and maintain receiving records.
• Coordinate pickup appointments and communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maintain driver and visitor sign-in logs and support site safety and security procedures.
• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse staff to resolve issues related to order fulfillment and inventory movement.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and communicate upcoming domestic and international shipments, truckloads, and pickup schedules to support safe, efficient, and on-time warehouse operations.
• Prepare, release, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, picking documents, shipment records, and related paperwork.
• Verify and confirm outbound shipments by reviewing pallet counts, shipment accuracy, and required documentation prior to departure.
• Receive and process inbound shipments, post receipts, and maintain accurate receiving records.
• Coordinate pickup appointments and communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient shipment flow.
• Maintain driver and visitor sign-in logs and support compliance with site access, safety, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel to resolve issues related to order fulfillment, inventory movement, shipment accuracy, and safe work practices.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives while following established safety procedures and performing other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS
