We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Warehouse team in San Diego. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are packaged and shipped to the highest standards. What You Will Do:

• Receive goods and verify the quality and count of all items against supplier counts.
• Verify and record all items loaded for shipments.
• Carefully and accurately maintain shipping records for requested categories including goods returned, dunnage, and returnable pallets.
• Maintain database of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required.
• Accurately package, label, and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges.
• Prepare detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensure all items are packaged and shipped to company standards.
• Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.
• Prepare bills of lading and dray tickets for shipments.
• Complete information on damage claims for in-transit damage.
• Transports materials with a pallet jack, forklift or other vehicle as needed.
• Understand and implement required procedures (Standard Operations Instructions) as established in Quality Manual.
• Load company delivery trucks and other vehicles using a forklift or other appropriate means of loading.

Do You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent?
• A minimum of one year experience in shipping and receiving?
• The ability to work well in a team environment?
• The ability to work under the direction of a manager and lead.
