Job description

Located in our beautiful Woodridge, IL facility and reporting to the Shop Manager, the Shipping and Receiving Clerk will manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. This role involves collaboration and communication with the logistics team, project managers, and field employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling all aspects of shipping and receiving.
  • Keeping accurate records of inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Staging equipment for daily shipments.
  • Packaging, printing labels, and determining proper freight carriers.
  • Promptly unloading trucks and deliveries.
  • Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills, and computer knowledge in Excel and Outlook are a must.
