Frank's Supply Company, Inc. in Farmington, NM is seeking a qualified Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate inventory, timely shipments, and well maintained showroom areas.

You will receive and pack UPS shipments, store items properly, pull merchandise for will-call, load freight, and coordinate with inside sales to stock the showroom, while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• Good reading, comprehension, and math skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient use of job support tools.
• Ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks and equipment.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• 1–5 years experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all incoming shipments, checking shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Receiving and packaging UPS shipments using UPS labeling system.
• Ensure merchandise is stored in proper warehouse areas.
• Pull merchandise for customer will call and store transfers, complete related paperwork.
• Load and/or unload freight trucks and stage merchandise for receiving.
• Load customer merchandise.
• Coordinate with inside sales on showroom stocking.
• General housekeeping in warehouse and showroom as needed.
• Adhere to safety requirements.

Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK for our Farmington, NM location.

OBJECTIVE

This position assists the entire organization by ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipments, and well maintained showrooms ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain records of all incoming shipments, checking shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Receiving and packaging UPS shipments using UPS labeling system
• Assures merchandise is stored in the proper area of the warehouse
• Pull merchandise for customer will call and store transfers completing all associated paperwork
• Loading and/or unloading freight trucks and properly staging merchandise for receiving
• Loading customer merchandise
• Coordinate with inside sales stocking of the showroom
• General housekeeping as needed in the warehouse and showroom
• Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements
