Job summary

Frank's Supply Company is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our El Paso, TX location. The role focuses on accurate inventory, timely shipments, and showroom upkeep to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, UPS labeling, storing merchandise properly, and preparing items for transfer or will-call. You will also handle loading/unloading, assist inside sales, maintain safety standards, and keep the warehouse clean.

Qualifications

• Good reading, comprehension, and math skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to consistently lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• The required skills to demonstrate proficient use of all job support tools.
• The ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• 1 - 5 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all incoming shipments, checking shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Receiving and packaging UPS shipments using UPS labeling system
• Assures merchandise is stored in the proper area of the warehouse
• Pull merchandise for customer will call and store transfers completing all associated paperwork
• Loading and/or unloading freight trucks and properly staging merchandise for receiving
• Loading customer merchandise
• Coordinate with inside sales stocking of the showroom
• General housekeeping as needed in the warehouse and showroom
• Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements
