Job summary

Frank's Supply Company, Inc. in Farmington, NM seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage inventory accuracy, shipments, and showroom upkeep, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include receiving and sorting shipments, UPS labeling, staging merchandise, and coordinating with inside sales. Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Good reading, comprehension, and math skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to consistently lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• The required skills to demonstrate proficient use of all job support tools.
• The ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• 1 - 5 years experience.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all incoming shipments, checking shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Receiving and packaging UPS shipments using UPS labeling system
• Assures merchandise is stored in the proper area of the warehouse
• Pull merchandise for customer will call and store transfers completing all associated paperwork
• Loading and/or unloading freight trucks and properly staging merchandise for receiving
• Loading customer merchandise
• Coordinate with inside sales stocking of the showroom
• General housekeeping as needed in the warehouse and showroom
• Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements
