Job description

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will also retrieve stored data and reply to inquiries about inventory levels and delivery schedules. We offer great benefits and paid time off.

You will report to the Receiving Supervisor at the Little Rock, AR Plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive raw materials, packaging, and labels at the plant and third-party locations.
  • Verify Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and paperwork, then forward CoA to the QC department.
  • Report purchase order shortages and damages to the Operations team.
  • Print GSHIS labels for raw materials and chemicals received.
  • Create pick tickets for materials requested for shipment to other plants.
  • File incoming vendor paperwork.
  • Assist the Receiving Administrator with costing tickets.
  • Assist the Cycle Count Administrator with cycle counting.
  • Review monthly reports for raw materials and packaging.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand policies, procedures, and business correspondence.
  • Work hours: 7 am - 4 pm.
