Job summary

Cleveland Menu in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments, manage inventory, and perform receiving duties in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will verify shipping documents, schedule carriers, maintain records, operate pallet jacks and label printers, and collaborate across production to meet deadlines.

A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in shipping or warehousing are preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and package products for shipment using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
Verify and complete shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Schedule and coordinate with shipping carriers.
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments.
Inspect outgoing packages to ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Operate shipping equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and label printers.
Monitor and manage inventory of shipping supplies.
Collaborate with the production team to meet shipping deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
