Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a growing manufacturing team in Moraine, Ohio. You will coordinate receipt, inspection, documentation, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods, working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure on-time availability.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment and verify against PO and shipping docs
• Prepare, package, label, and ship finished products and materials
• Inspect shipments for discrepancies, damage, or shortages and communicate issues
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and related paperwork
• Enter and update shipment and receiving information in company systems
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse and other departments
• Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and delivery services
• Ensure products are properly packaged for safe transportation
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized shipping area
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Perform other warehouse, shipping, and receiving duties as needed
