Job summary

Installed Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Shipping and Receiving in Ohio. You will support the production team with materials, unload trucks, and prepare shipments while maintaining accurate paperwork and scheduling coordination with the office.

The role requires forklift experience, 2–5 years in a related role, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Daily hours are 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM, with flexibility to assist in other company areas as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of successful experience in a related role.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Unload all trucks within two hours of arrival at the dock.
• Handle shipments via AMD trucks, LTL, or full semi-truck loads.
• Prepare shipments and palletize products as needed.
• Coordinate with the office on shipping documentation (BOL, material lists).
• Verify items loaded against orders and maintain warehouse organization.
