Job summary

Vital Farms in Springfield, MO, is seeking dependable crew members for shipping and receiving responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load trucks, and organize the finished goods area following FIFO, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.
• Certified to operate a forklift or pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to communicate in English for safety reasons.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods; ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in environments with wet conditions and adhere to personal and food safety requirements.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate to achieve goals.
