Job summary

Spring Valley in Fostoria, OH is hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will stack 50-lb bags, operate a forklift, and help maintain shipping records and area cleanliness.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with paid holidays and PTO, health/dental/vision insurance after 30 days, HSA contributions, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match after 60 days. Reliability and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and ability to stack pallets 2–3 high.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Strong communication and organization in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Stack 4-50lb bags & cases on pallets and wrap pallets for shipping.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets between areas and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain shipping paperwork and records (paper and electronic).
• Label, sticker, stack, and unstack products.
• General cleanup of work areas.
• Support inventory and grounds keeping as needed.

Our Fostoria OH plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Stacking 4-50lb bags & cases on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between areas, and loading & unloading trucks.
• Maintaining paperwork, physical and electronic records for shipping
• Labeling, stickering, stacking, and unstacking products.
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)

Pay & Perks:

• $17.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience.
