Job summary

Regal Rexnord Marengo is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associate for 1st shift. This fully onsite role offers a pay range of $17-$19 per hour, with benefits beginning on day one and a 401(k) with match, plus PTO and a supportive team culture.

Essential functions include verifying shipments, delivering materials, loading/unloading, inspecting receipts, stocking materials, and maintaining records in the system. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/Receiving experience preferred.
• Reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Verify outbound shipments and inbound receipts with documentation.
• Deliver materials to designated locations, including incoming POs, couriers and RMAs.
• Load and unload trucks using fork trucks, manual lifts, dollies and skids, matching info to records.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and route items to departments; record shortages.
• Maintain stock of packaging and shipping materials; order as needed.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Regal Rexnord Marengo, is currently hiring a Shipping/Receiving Associate for our 1st shift.

Pay Range: $17-$19 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Verify outbound shipments and inbound receipts with documentation provided.
• Delivers materials to designated locations. This includes incoming PO's, courier packages, and RMA's, as well as warehouse stocked items needed for production.
• Load and unload trucks using fork trucks, manual lifts, dollies, and skids comparing identifying information such as counts, weights, or measurements to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records, packages.
• Examine incoming shipments for damage, record shortages, and route items to departments. Receipt incoming deliveries into computer system from information on packing lists. Process materials to stock after inspection.
• Maintain stock of materials used for packaging and shipping. Order materials as necessary.
• Process requisitions, jobs, and miscellaneous transactions in computer system as needed. Communicate stock discrepancies to proper teams.
• Pack, wrap, weight, and label production and stock materials for shipment. Document required information and deliver materials and paperwork to dock area.
• Basic carpentry skills are needed to build and crate screws and shafting.
• Communicate essential information to the supervisor as required.
• Adhere to all division health and safety regulations including 5S responsibilities.
• May need to run to supplier or Post Office using the company vehicles.

Required Skills:

• Shipping/Receiving experience preferred, Forklift is not a requirement
• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform math calculation (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.)
• Valid Driver's License
